You may cancel your order within 1 hour of making the payment. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

- Orders cancelled within 1 hour of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be processed if the order has moved to the "processing" stage (assigned to an astrologer).

- Once an order reaches the "processing" stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
3. Incorrect Information:
- No refunds will be processed for incorrect information provided by the user. Please ensure all information is correct before submission.
4. Technical Issues:
- Refunds are not available for technical delays or glitches on the website during the processing stage.
5. Damage or Quality Issues:
- No refunds will be issued for any damaged products. Users are responsible for the care of products post-delivery.
6. Call with Astrologer Feature:
- No refunds will be issued for missed calls or incorrect contact information provided by the user. Please ensure you are available to receive the call.
7. Multiple Payments:
- If multiple payments are made for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded without transaction deductions. Only the cost of one order will be retained.
8. Order Cancellations by SoulPath:
- If SoulPath cancels an order due to service unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues, a full refund will be provided.

- Refunds will be processed after deducting any transaction charges, shipping costs, or other applicable fees.
